General Conditions |

The conditions of use mentioned hereafter are valid for all contracts, deliveries and all other services.
Einsatzkommando Productions is always warranted to change or replace this ''Conditions of Use'', including all attachements.

Offer |
|
Our offers are without obligation. Differences of the product and our images and descriptions are possible.

| 03. |
Delivery and payment |
|
Einsatzkommando Productions ships with the ''Deutsche Post/DHL''. If another delivery service is requested, the customer pays the additional charges.
The delivery will be made after prepayment (cash sent in a registered letter), international bank transfer, cash on delivery oder credit card (Paypal). Fees can be gathered from the category ''Shipping & Returns''.

Deliverytime |
|
Items in stock will be shipped within 5 days. If the goods are out of stock, we try to ship as soon as possible.
If the impracticality of delivery is based on the incapability of the producer or our supplier
either we or the buyer can cancel the contract as long as the date of delivery aggreed upon is not exceeded by 2 months.
Claim for damages because of delay or impossibility resp.
non-fulfillment is debarred, even if it developed until the withdraw of the contract.

Return policy |
|
We gurantee the possibility of return unused items within 14 days. The time limit of return is granted by resending at due date (date ofinvoice).
The return will only be accepted if the shipping is prepaid sufficiently.
The right of return is invalid for special offers and unsealed sound storage media.

Transition of danger |
|
The danger is transfered from Einsatzkommando Productions to the customer at the very moment of dispatch.

| 07. |
Warranty / Disclaimer |
|
Einsatzkommando Productions warrant that the sold items are free of defect in manufacture or material and have the contractual aggreed status at the moment of the transition of danger.
The customer has to check the condition of the delivered items immediately upon reception.
In case of visible defects we must be notified in writing within 10 days (covered defects also within that time).
Otherwise the warrenty is dropped for that defects.
The complain must be proved with a copy of the invoice. The complained item must be sent together with this copy, shipping prepaid.
The warranty does not extend as far as common wear or fading. The warranty ends if the customer changes the items..
Einsatzkommando Productions has the right of free repair during warranty period. A partial or complete replacement is valid.

Retention of title |
|
The commodity remains property of Einsatzkommando Productions until payed entirely.

Privacy protection |
|
Your data will be saved on computers, of course it will be treated trustingly.

| 10. |
Place of jurisdiction |
|
Place of performance and jurisdiction for both participants is the location of Einsatzkommando Productions. The contract is subject to ''German laws'' exclusively.
